BRITAIN IN BLOOM is the largest and most prestigious horticultural campaign in Europe, started in 1963. There are hundreds of communities involved in cities, towns and villages.

Portishead has entered for the South West in Bloom competition for the last 29 years. We have been GOLD Award winners in every year since 2008.

PiB was awarded The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2019.

Portishead in Bloom won GOLD in South West in Bloom 2025 and the Sponsors Award.
